Support for Children

I accompany your child over a certain period of time. They come to me once a week for an hour. The structure of the session is entirely up to the child; I let myself be guided by them and support the direction they wish to explore. Together, we gradually build a trusting relationship. Key words here are: trust, safety, joy, fun, creativity, and also rest, relaxation, and “doing nothing.”
Your child will feel seen and accepted, without being held back in their natural desire to create and express. Everything that is there is welcome.
Through my presence, the child can learn to better sense and perceive themselves.
Resilience is built.


Your child will have a space that strengthens them internally—a place where they can express themselves and unfold freely, a space just for them.

Support for Parents

I support you with your concerns and worries about your child and family life. Together, we will determine if and how often we meet or talk on the phone. We will work on presence and create rituals and spaces to strengthen these, helping you incorporate and live them in your daily life with your child.
Parenting and family life are often challenging. We make mistakes, feel guilty or inadequate, overwhelmed, stressed, and unhappy. Most parents experience this, even if it’s hard to admit. Society often suggests that things should be different, which can add to the pressure.

You will also receive my full presence and a space for yourself—to feel, express, be seen and heard.

Beyond that, we will look together at how you can learn to create and live this space at home—for yourself, your child, and your family.
